Each of our journals has its own personality—designed to fit different needs.
- le trifold: A spacious, luxurious journal with leather lining and an extra fold for more room. It comes with a thread bound plain book refill, instead of a notebook refill, which allows for lay-flat binding and is fountain-pen friendly. Inside, you’ll also find three inner ribbons to help you keep track of multiple sections with ease. It’s got a handy pocket to store a few extra things, too.
- grand voyageur: Paper republic classic, the grand voyageur is a minimal cover with one inner ribbon to hold your refills in place. It comes with one notebook refill. It’s perfect if you love flexibility and need something compact and easy to carry wherever you go.
- le portfolio: A stylish journal with extra pockets for your cards, papers, and other little bits you need to carry around. It comes with one notebook refill and one inner ribbon. If you like having your essentials all in one place while still keeping things neat, this is for you.

Our le trifold comes with one 96 page plain book refill, one outer ribbon and three inner ribbons which allow 6 refills to be added.

Le trifold in [a6] fits all [pocket] & [a6] paper republic refills as well as notebooks up to A6 DIN / 10.5 x 14.8 cm / 4.13 x 5.83 inches.
how much can le trifold [a6] hold?
Le trifold fits up to 6 book refills or 12 notebook refills. If you're looking to add more than 6 paper refills, you'll need to purchase additional ribbons to accommodate.

what parts of le trifold can I customise?
You can choose the leather colours for the cover, lining, and pocket. You can also choose the stitching colour and colour for all ribbons. Of course, you can emboss le trifold in the corner, but in the 3D customiser you can also emboss on the flap.
how long does production of a customised le trifold take?
Every custom journal is handcrafted in our workshop with attention to detail and a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship. Because of this, production can take up to 8 weeks. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship. If you select express shipping, it applies only to the delivery time, not the production itself.
