Do you ship internationally?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $30, otherwise it is:
2 Day Shipping: $25.00
Next Day Shipping: $50.00

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Standard Shipping: Once processed, your order will ship from our warehouse facilities and arrive within 7-10 business days.

2 Day Shipping: Orders placed before 8am EST Monday-Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 8 am EST will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2 business days from the time your order was processed for delivery.

Next Day Shipping: Orders placed before 8am EST Monday-Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 8 am EST will be processed the next business day. You can expect delivery on the day after your order was processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmazonPay. We are unable to accept CODs, personal checks, cash, or money orders.

Can I change part of my order or cancel it?
Our order processing system is currently automated, which means that we are not able to halt an order once it has been submitted by you. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting a Customer Service Representative at 800.833.5979 as long as your order has not already been fulfilled, providing you with tracking information.

If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you are able to follow our return policy instructions for a full refund. Please note that personalized/embossed products may not be returned.

What is your return policy?
We accept the return of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Shipping page for more informations regarding return submittals. 

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon delivery to our facility. 

My order has arrived but it's damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds). Please email us at wecare@paper-republic.com within 7 days of receiving your order to process a damages claim.



Where are your products made?
Our leather journal products made are cut and embossed in Vienna. Our notebooks are printed in Vienna and Kaweco pens are made in Germany. 

What paper do you use?
We use 80gsm acid-free, PEFC certified natural paper made in Sweden. Our paper is fountain-pen friendly.

What leather do you use?
Our full grain vegetable-tanned cow leather is sourced directly from small Italian tanneries.

What is included with the grand voyageur leather notebook?
Each grand voyageur comes in our signature gift box that includes: 1 leather cover, 1 plain notebook and a ribbon in colour of your choice.
