In this workshop, we develop concrete journaling formats that can be easily integrated into everyday life – without pressure, without long preparation. Where there was once a blank page, clear structures emerge: short entry points, recurring questions, and simple page formats that offer orientation. 

The notebook becomes a place where thoughts do not get lost, but take shape.

What we will explore together

Freewriting as a starting point 
Short writing sequences (5–10 minutes) to bring thoughts directly onto the page – without censorship, without interruption.

Developing practical journaling formats 
e.g. Morning Pages, Daily Check-in, 3 Thoughts of the Day, Question Pages, or Weekly Review – each participant finds a format that fits their daily life.

Creating a personal ritual 
Designing a clearly structured page in the notebook that serves as a repeatable writing ritual. 

Your ticket includes one complimentary drink at the la maison café, a book refill [xl] on which you'll develop your written work, 20% off all paper republic products at la maison on the day of the event, and all materials.
