Located in the historic first district of Vienna, the city where we handcraft all our journals, la maison is the new heart of paper republic. Homed inside a 400-year-old baroque building with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, it’s a place to take your time.
At la maison you’ll find our full product range, but it’s more than a shop; la maison is a Vienna destination. It’s a sanctuary. A retreat. A place to slow down. Enjoy a coffee from our in-house barista, take a seat at our table and jot down your thoughts. Dip into our vinyl collection and take a record for a spin. Pluck a book from our library and flick through the pages.
Come and run your fingers over our leather, smell the vegetable-tanned quality, and feel the thickness of our paper. See how time beautifully patinates our journals and meet the people of paper republic to get expert advice, tailored to you.
