From 21st to 29th of November 2025, the paper republic team will be back in Paris for an exclusive 9-day pop-up appearance, and this time we’re bringing l’atelier! Witness the magic of our Viennese workshop crafting unique le trifolds live in front of you, in France’s beautiful capital. 

This special event will be taking place at our embassy in Paris - Papeterie Perjac - our longstanding partner in France, where for the first time ever, you’ll be able to customise your own le trifold [a5] and watch it come to life right before your eyes.

With dozens of special combinations, you can mix and match your cover, lining, pocket, ribbons and threads, plus get it embossed in-shop to create something truly special.

Meet the team 

If you follow us on Instagram, you may already be familiar with some of the team who’ll be there: our l’atelier crew: Steffi, Hanna and Dani, Paul our social media star, Ranee the driving force behind our new Vienna shop, Rosalie, our lovely customer advisor, and Ani from l’atelier bespoke (to discuss your extra special projects), will all be on hand, helping you create the journal of your dreams. 

Please note that pieces are limited and this is your last chance to design and create a custom journal before Christmas, which makes it a very special opportunity to take home a unique gift for the journal lover in your life, or perhaps even a special treat for yourself.

Production: Made on the spot by our l’atelier team: pick up same day or next day
