Frequently Asked Questions
ORDER PROCESS AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
We are an authorised retailer of the Envelopments stationery range in Ireland and specialise in beautiful wedding invitations and corporate stationery.
At Paper Republic you can purchase either:
1. A Finished product - we do the printing and assembly for you.
2. A Self-Assembly product - we do the printing and you assemble it yourself.
3. A DIY product - we sell you the materials so you can make your own stationery.
If the shades of colour are important to you, you might first like to purchase a Mini Deck to see each of our 200+ colours and patterns in reality. Mini Decks cost €14.00, which is usually refundable if you place a full order (see Terms & Conditions).
The next step in the process is a design consultation. This involves you emailing us with your basic requirements so that we can consider what shape and size of stationery may best suit your needs. We can then email you an image of some appropriate designs in your preferred colour scheme. We will then send you a quotation for your favourite design, with three price options - a price for Finished, Self Assembly and DIY.
You might like to purchase a sample of your favourite design to see how everything works together in reality. Samples are limited to one per customer and cost €10.00, which is usually refundable if you place a full order (see Terms & Conditions).
If you then proceed to place a full order and choose a Self Assembly or Finished Product, while waiting for your materials to arrive, we will work with you to produce proofs of the wording and formatting of all your cards, emailing them to you for approval. When you sign-off on these we will start printing and, if applicable, assembling your order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT:
We do not display prices on our wesbite because the price of any product depends on the colours you want that product done in, the quantity of it you require and the EUR/USD exchange rate on that particular day. Also three different prices are available for all products: DIY, Self-Assembly and Finished.
Therefore if you are emailing us about the price of a product, it is useful if you advise us what product you are interested in (or your basic requirements if you are not emailing about any product in particular), the colours you want it done in and the approximate quantity you may require.
Payment in full is required at the time of ordering. For Samples and Mini Decks, you can order online. For all other orders, we accept payment by cheque.
ORDER TURNAROUND TIME:
All orders, including samples but with the exception of Mini Decks, can take up to 30 days to arrive with you from date of placement of order. Customised runs (customised scoring, drilling etc.) can take longer, as can very large orders.
GUEST NAMES AND ADDRESSES:
Guests' names can be printed on invitations. Guests' addresses can be printed on envelopes also, depending on the envelope colour chosen.
The fees are as follows:
€0.30 for printing the guest's name on the invitation layer.
€0.60 for printing the guest's address on the mailing envelope.
€0.30 for printing the return address on the reply envelope.
